There will be a queue waiting on the balcony to go for the fight and watching the two fight. Once a player wins in the combat, he will be eligible to get back to the game with life. The loser would have to quit the game or can decide to wait and watch the remaining game as a spectator. An advantage of the Gulag system is that the teammates of the fighters can support them during the fight by throwing stones at the opposition. 

What is cash in a warzone, and what is its significance?

You would be familiar with the acquisition of points in the form of gold coins or medical kits in other games. In a warzone, the economy works with the use of an in-game currency known as cash. Like in the real world, you would require cash to buy something from the buy station. You can get cash from anywhere around the map, like the loot items. Also, there is an option to earn cash for yourself by completing contracts. Contracts are assignments given to you upon whose completion you will get rewards. 

How could you revive your dead teammate?

If your teammate is dead, he will go to Gulag for a one-on-one fight. If he dies again in the fight, then you should do something to get him back. One common way to do is to buy him from the buy station by paying $4000. You can bring back your dead teammates in this way as you are buying equipment from the station. You will get cash by completing contracts and searching over the map. You can also bring a person back from the dead by completing the Most wanted contract.
